I can't say enough positive things about A Step Above Cleaning Service. Kim went out of his way to help with a situation on a weekend to make sure that things were taken care of, and done in the correct and professional way. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any commercial or residential need. As a realtor, it is imperative to have a service that can be trusted and relied on, and A Step Above is it!
After enduring a prolonged illness, I had very little motivation or desire to clean my residence. I contacted a Step Above Cleaning and got a reasonable/fair quote from the owner. The owner/operator, Kim, was helpful, friendly, accomodating, and professional. Kim sent one of his staff members, Nick, to clean my residence and Nick showed up dressed professionally with a caddy of cleaning supplies and his own vacuum. I was impressed with the organization, preparedness, and condition of equipment/supplies. I got out of Nick's way and "allowed him to work his magic".
