I had contacted multiple places about installing a heat pump, and not only is Bill the only one that messaged me back but his work was timely, efficient and reasonable. He also listened to me with what I wanted and made sure I got what I was looking for, even though it was a special request.When the fan on the unit went out under warranty a year later he fixed it immediately without delay.Any questions I’ve had he’s answered quickly and thoroughly.If you don’t like working with random people and want someone you can trust and count on, he’s your man.

I have known Bill for years and he is very dependable when you need something done. He has installed our water heater, softener and other odd jobs we needed done. Very professional and would highly recommend!

Caswell Plumbing and Heating replumbed my home after defective pex line failed under the concrete floor of our house. They did a great job with a very difficult situation of moving the plumbing for the entire house from below the floor into the walls and ceiling. From the big projects to the small emergencies, Bill and his team do an amazing job. Highly recommend!!
