They are very Hypocritical, Hiring managers and team seem to bring their personal feelings into the work environment. when applying I had the experiences they were looking for but they didn't call me back and were very unprofessional when I finally did get to talk to someone I would say at the time I was very upset, Now I must thank them I mean I might still be wasting my life in a dead-end company other than perusing a dream. Maybe they have changed but really they were behind in times it is a worker's market you can do much better.
