I have waited a long time to write this review to ensure it was not on emotions and strictly on professionalism and just being decent Vets and human beings. I had a very sick dog. I brought her into the clinic to be seen. The Vet stated she was simply in a very anxiety ridden state. The normal things they checked were okay, but they needed to calm my dog down immediately. I was given several different medications and sent home almost 400 bucks later. I asked if they would please do blood work and they told me my options and I opted for the results the next day. July 15th 10:57 I called to get lab results and still not in. July 15th 4:03 I again had to call and ask for results. I spoke with a tech and she informed me part of the tests were back but not all of them. I informed them my dog wasn't any better and I needed help. July 16th I called the Office and asked if Dr. Gray could see my dog. After being on hold for 7 minutes, I was told she was booked. I asked to speak with a Tech and they were all busy. I explained my dog needed to be seen or held for observation because something is wrong. I received no help. July 17th I called at 9:30 and begged them to see my dog. I told them she was dying and needed to be seen right away. I was on the phone for 16 minutes and 34 seconds. I asked 3 times for someone to please see my dog. When they turned me down several times after I'm crying and begging, I asked if they would refill some of her prescriptions that were keeping her calm. I was told no because it was too early. My Service Dog is acting like Cujo and my Vet doesn't give a shit. It was a Saturday and obviously everyone had plans. I asked to speak with a Tech and again was turned down. Let me mention the week before, I was there getting my dog her yearly shots and waited for over an hour because there was an "emergency". I guess this particular Saturday my dog got the short straw because nobody gave a crap and didn't believe me when I told them she was going to die. I called the Office at 11:53 to let them know my dog had passed away. The girl answering the phone generously offered to stay late if I wanted to bring in my dog's body, well how damn thoughtful but no thank you!! I called the Office on Monday, July 19. The Office Manager was sorry to hear what happened and she wanted to look into things and call me back in a few days. Well a few days turned into 17 days later. I left her several messages to please give me a call. She purposely avoided my calls. Wgen I finally got a chance to speak with the Office Manager she stated that the team didn't understand that I wanted my dog to be seen??? Are you kidding me? I told her I wanted my money back. She said, getting a refund won't bring my dog back but they will give me credits towards a new dog when I get one. I record all my phone calls, let's do a replay!!!! I called the Corporate Office to let them know of the unprofessional way the office did business. They were going to leave a message for the Office Manager's boss to call me but that never happened. I called the Corporate office again and a Dr. called and left me a voice mail but it was so muffled I couldn't understand what he was saying. I called the Corporate Office again, the Vet called me that I didn't even know! He had nothing to do with what went on. Can we play his message because it wasn't a nice one! I am so disappointed in this Vet Clinic and the Corporate Office. I have proof of all my calls logs with date/times/lengths My phone records all my calls, I can play every conversation I had with each individual involved. This Clinic screwed up and instead of saying, we made a mistake. I get the runaround from the Office Manager. Not the same Vet Clinic I started off with, somewhere they're caring and compassion got lost in their greed.
