We were gone for two weeks with very limited access for contact and Millie went downhill only after a couple of days. Tracy reached out to our emergency contact to advise of the situation. When we were able to connect it was still touch & go, Tracy put the phone up to Millie so she could hear our voices. With Tracy’s constant love & attention, Millie pulled through! There are so many special things Tracy & Virgil did for Millie to keep her comfortable for the remainder of her stay until we arrived. She would even send updates to our emergency contact. After getting her back home, Tracy would reach out for updates on Millie who continues to thrive!“
