Our heating and air conditioning units were installed by Novak when the house was built in 1996. Minimal problems over the years but always called Novak for service. Always impressed and pleased with their service so when we decided to finally bite the bullet and had our Heating and Air replaced we didn't consider anyone else. Installation was today and continue to be impressed! Communication from the office was great, workers showed up early but waited until designated time of 7am to come to the house and were very courteous, professional and efficient! Highly recommend!
Service was great. They were able to squeeze me in within 2 days. Second time this year I have had at the house. Everything air was fixed fast. Pricing was great. I would definitely recommend 👌
Huge thanks to Novak for saving the day! Our AC was failing during an extreme heat wave, but Julian came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts in his van. In less than an hour, our house was cooling down again. Julian was super thorough and explained exactly what went wrong. Thank you!
