Huge thanks to Novak for saving the day! Our AC was failing during an extreme heat wave, but Julian came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts in his van. Water around furnace/AC unit in basement. Steve very knowledgeable and explained the situation, what could be done that might fix problem but with age of units hard to tell without opening it up, no guarantees. Talked about replacing units, not with any pressure, just as an option for me to consider. Lots to think anout!

This team did an amazing job. Called for a service, tech arrived before the scheduled day and time. In 5 minutes they had our issue resolved. We have had Colony out here several times and they never had a solution. Recommendation was made, we went their recommendation and within a week we have a new system. While they were here they checked two other things, also fixed right away. Superb service!!!!!
