Our heating and air conditioning units were installed by Novak when the house was built in 1996. Minimal problems over the years but always called Novak for service. Always impressed and pleased with their service so when we decided to finally bite the bullet and had our Heating and Air replaced we didn't consider anyone else. Installation was today and continue to be impressed! Communication from the office was great, workers showed up early but waited until designated time of 7am to come to the house and were very courteous, professional and efficient! Highly recommend!
