I love the dr I went and seen she listened to me and got me the diagnosis that explains my moods I've been having for as long as I can remember. I did wait at least fifteen to twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen but, it's worth it to be able to have someone actually listen to me!

Doctor Willharm is THE WORST if your time is in any way important! He has actually been getting worse over the past 3 years. Here is what to expect: you set an appointment for 10:00, you show up at 09:50 as requested, you will be seen by the doctor NO SOONER than 11:00! If you're lucky, you MIGHT get seen at 11:30, it will probably be 12:00. I've tried complaining about this with no success. The facility has admitted that they've talked to him multiple times about this with no improvement in behavior. There is also no way to create a formal 'ink & paper' complaint. I loved my doctor but the staff and their policies and attitudes became increasingly difficult to deal with. It takes 72 hours to get s prescription refill, this for patients whose life often depends on their medication. They made a mistake in submitting to my insurance and even admitted it was their problem but then refused to do anything about it and kept billing me. I called 22 hours a head of time to cancel my appointment when my daughter went into labor and they were going to charge me for an appointment because it wasn't 24 hours ahead of time. At that point I said "that is not acceptable" and after having to talk to someone in billing who was annoyed... read full review
