“Streamline CleanPro won’t disappoint. I would highly recommend. They are very thorough. I called to find out how much it would cost to have my mother’s house cleaned before it closed, so the house would be respectable for the new owner. Joshua was very responsive, calling me back within 20 minutes, and was flexible to accommodate my schedule, as I was coming from out of town and would only be available the following day, for a short period of time, to meet him for an estimate. At the time we met with him, we didn’t have water on in the house, as it had been vacant for a few months, and winterized. We were not sure if the water would be turned back on before it was time to have the house cleaned, but Joshua said he could still be able to do it and didn’t bat and eye at the challenge. It turned out on the day Streamline CleanPro did the work, there was water, but not hot water. They still cleaned the refrigerator, and made it sparkle. The most miraculous thing they did was took a bathtub and sink that had over 50 years of rust on them, from hard water, and made them all white again. They had never looked so good in my lifetime! I really wasn’t looking for the house to be cleaned with the wonderful detail they provided, but was very pleased with all they did – they even cleaned the ceiling fans, and blinds. I would recommend Streamline CleanPro to anybody looking for a cleaning service that is affordable, hard-working, on time, trustworthy, and detail oriented!“

“We have used Pat's Cleaning Service for a few years at our office building and they are hands down the best we've ever had. John does a FANASTIC job of going above and beyond each time he is here and I always hear comments about how amazingly CLEAN our building is because of him. We just had a large ceiling leak in one of our offices due to a storm and John went out of his way to be sure the mess was tended to. He even found a fan to set up and dry the area then left a kind note informing us of what happened. I cannot recommend Pat's Cleaning Service enough!!! They're AWESOME!!!“

“I cannot call the office on 6th street. Every time I call it states that I have to use the area code. Which with at least my cell phone is to dial the area code. But I cannot get through. There's a issue with the phone line“
“I have seen a lot of bad reviews for epic properties, personally I wouldn't agree. They have been very easy to contact, via email and the phone. I have had 2 maintenance orders one personal preference and one was mildly serious, both times the maintenance man was quick and did a great job. I love the place and I appreciate the management.“
