Excellent service from all of the staff. They truly care and help you get the care you need.
My son had a Dr's appointment today.
Once checked in there was 0 wait they took him right back to see the Dr.
And all the other paticents who showed up recive the same fast respected service. And it's less money then the clinic in Iowa Falls with no waiting or being tagged!
My mother, Marlys Johnson, just spent over a week in the care of Franklin General and we couldn't be more satisfied, every single one of the staff went above and beyond to make moms stay there comfortable, so thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my mom, my best friend, God bless you all, and this goes for the ER staff also, they were also amazing.
