Urban Flooring helped pick carpet and basement flooring and hardwood refinishing. The crew listened to wants and needs and gave numerous choices and sample to take home. Everyone encountered was kind and highly professional. Communicated throughout the process and followed up to make sure satisfied with service, selection and future flooring needs. Installation was prompt and a good job. Recommendations for appropriate looking space surpassed expectations. The crew was amazing to work with on large basement carpet install and hardwood refinishing. Seams line up and can’t even see them. Expertise on different types of hardwood such as Brazilian Cherry and management of coloration was provided. Scheduled was timely prior to move in. Pricing was commensurate with high quality workmanship and slightly below expected front end. The result brought out true beauty of the wood floor and no need for area rugs. Urban Flooring will be used for all future flooring projects.
We wanted to replace our bedroom carpet with some updated patterned carpet that would show little traffic and vacuum patterns. Our daughter had used Urban Flooring and we loved the carpet they choose so contacted them. Austin at Urban Flooring helped us pick out some carpet that we absolutely love! I would highly recommend Urban Flooring. Selection, customer service, and recommendations for appropriate looking flooring for space all surpassed my expectations. Cindy is wonderful to work with and left no detail unturned and provided prompt attention to a repair. Look forward to working with them in the future!
We have used Urban Flooring twice now for two different projects and they have been amazing to work with both times. We just did a large basement carpet install and chose a patterned carpet. I was a little nervous on how the seams would line up but I can’t even see them! We worked with Austin who was amazing to work with! We will always use them for our flooring needs!
