United services was called to our home in Norwalk after a fire to do the initial board up and secure whatever was remaining in our home. I was so relieved to learn they would do demo, remove contents. clean and restore what they could and completely take care of rebuilding. Cat was our contact person. updating and keeping us informed of progress, and helping us with numerous small and large details needed for rebuild. she was amazing and made the process as easy as she could for us. a huge thanks to Kent too. ( one of the owners of U.S) he was never too busy to talk to me and so reassuring . A voice of calmness I needed at times. especially dealing with insurance.... read full review
United Services Restoration & Mitigation has been incredible! After a teen crashed into our home taking down stone, the entire garage door and more, United Services came to the rescue! The owners and their team have been responsive, speedy and great to work with. Every person with whom I have been in contact has been knowledgeable, kind and very efficient. Having never dealt with anything like this, it was a stressful situation, but United Services quickly put my mind at ease. From my first conversation with the lovely Andrea who answered my call, to meeting with Orin, and everyone after, I knew I was in good hands. And their work is wonderful! Great people to work with and for. Customers and employees both always seem super happy even through trying times for customers. They get the job done the right way no matter what it takes. Kip the owner is a great down to earth guy that's super easy to talk to. If you need restoration services look no further.
