United services was called to our home in Norwalk after a fire to do the initial board up and secure whatever was remaining in our home. I was so relieved to learn they would do demo, remove contents. clean and restore what they could and completely take care of rebuilding. Cat was our contact person. updating and keeping us informed of progress, and helping us with numerous small and large details needed for rebuild. she was amazing and made the process as easy as she could for us. a huge thanks to Kent too. ( one of the owners of U.S) he was never too busy to talk to me and so reassuring . A voice of calmness I needed at times. especially dealing with insurance.
