Faruk and Steven were the best. I needed a quick spot removal and they were terrific! Faruk found me a coupon too! They were in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Faruk also gave me some booties to wear on the wet carpet until it dries. Top notch people and company!!
I have always had the best experiences with the Stanley Steemer crew out of Grimes. Customer Service is top notch. Each employee that has been to my home has been kind and courteous and always make me feel like they truly care that you are satisfied with the work they do. Once I felt that I could still see a mark from a dog getting sick and they came back and cleaned that area again, free of charge. I will continue to use Stanley Steemer again and again!
Tyler did a wonderful job on my carpets. He was extremely professional and did get most of all of the spots out. I am so very happy with his work. I am also considering having my air ducts done and if I’m allowed to request someone I would like it to be him only because I know he did it such a wonderful job for me, I also live in another complex a condo so I can spread the word.
