A great group of people to work with. Bought a tub from them 23 years ago....they took it away...it was completely falling apart as they loaded it up. Today they delivered our new tub....They are an amazing team!!! Highly recommend S!!!PS
They were both awesome. Showed me everything I needed to know to get my hot tub up and running they were super helpful in the position of where the best spot was. They answered all my questions I couldn’t thank them enough and everyone involved in the process of purchasing my Master Spa!
We recently received our new MasterSpa Balance 9. Brad and Jack delivered and set up our new spa for us. They had great communication for delivery time, set up and above excellent instruction on how to run the spa. We initially were a bit nervous of what we were getting into when we purchased a hot tub, but after speaking with Brad during set up and the clear instructions he had, we were confident on how to use it when they left.
