June is super nice and we had a very pleasant conversation when he let me know my options for adding additional services I might need for the upcoming winter season. He took me through the cost (which is really quite reasonable), and wasn’t pushy, but gave me the option to think about it and let him know at a later time. He then proceeded to provide my regular service. He texted me what all he had done, in detail (in addition to what I received in my email from the company). I really enjoyed his enthusiasm and his expertise. Stellar service and all-around great guy!
