The technicians are always top notch professionals, polite and highly skilled at their job. I’ve been a customer for years and would recommend their services to anyone needing HVAC service and maintenance.
Ben B came to our house yesterday morning (after asking for service the previous evening on their website) to repair our AC. He quickly diagnosed a blown capacitor in the outside condenser. In addition, he found the records from last July that showed the capacitor was installed by another service tech in error; it was undersized, resulting in the current condenser failure. It was still on warranty and he replaced it free of charge.
Of course your furnace stops working on a Sunday. No problem for Heartland heating and Cooling. I called the emergency number and left a message. Received a call back quickly and the service man was there within 30 minutes. It was a quick fix. Lucky I had the maintenance agreement so the visit only cost me $100.
