We made the mistake of letting a door to door sales person in the door. We decided not to do ANY siding project but they will not stop calling despite several polite "no thank yous". If this is an indication of their customer service I will be sure to look elsewhere if I decide on siding related projects. Do not let them in the door unless you want repeated sales phone calls - some within days of each other.

It was quite a new experience working with American Exteriors. We had a Contractor working on a basement remodel and had an unexpected need for 5 new windows that had to be custom made to an unusual size and needed to be delivered in 1 week. All other window companies were quoting at least 6 weeks to 2 months. The American Exteriors sales staff, the manufacturer, and the installers went above and beyond to get us the windows in that 1 week time frame. Just wanted to share that as with other window installers/companies they are trying to sell their product which appears to be a good product. Immediate turn off is that it will be exactly like a car salesman in they give you a ridiculously high price and then try and make you feel good about lowering even “calling” their guy who wants your business in your nice neighborhood. Price was the highest quoted by far, even more than Anderson & Pella. The gentleman whom I am sure is nice left not happy and was quite rude when he left when I said we weren’t even in the same ballpark.
