They have 3 locations in SW Iowa. Greenfield, Fontanelle, and Massena. We had our visitation at the Greenfield facility. It is stunning. Meticulously clean. Welcoming. Comforting.
I could go on for ages about how wonderful the owners are, but I want to address costs as I saw some snarky comments about that.

Personal is very nice, and accommodating no complaints. But they have a long list of petty fee's including a maintenance (not making this up) fee for a decades old hearse plus several hundred dollars for about 14 mile trip. Paid over twice what the internet says the average funeral costs. It's an emotional time and you have no alternatives in a small town.
If more stars were available, I would use them.
