I have come to Doc with all kinds of aches and pains, (neck, shoulders, hip, knee, back, wrist, ankle etc.) and he has helped/coached me thru all of them. He is always right! I despise using ice to reduce pain and swelling, so I usually don't thinking I know better. Don't be a Keri...listen to him! he knows. Ice worksThe entire staff is also amazing. “Less Chiro more physical therapy. Some chiropractors can be a little nutty with adjustments being a cure all. Dr. Tyler with Active Wellness is just a well rounded good dude. I go in after a hard gym workout, or a hard climbing session and I get some active recovery therapy, scraping if I want. Also offers cupping and needling but haven't dated to try yet. Big fan.“
