This is a great class! I go here a few times a week for adult self defense/martial arts classes. I look forward to every class. The instructors are great, awesome workout, and lots of fun! I recommend this class to anyone.

I was at the butler music festival, selling my products.
sensi Gloria was there they were doing a demonstration and having those who would be interested to join the Sovereign Martial Arts family.
My father got my daughter signed up, she absolutely loves it, has helped bring her confidence up in her self so much.

Classes at Sovereign have been a tremendous help for my son. We were running out of options for ways to help with his behavior issues and martial arts was a last minute “let’s try it”. The improvement I’ve seen in his attitude has been CRAZY! He finally has somewhere to channel his aggression. He comes home and shows me the things he has learned and is so proud of himself. 10/10 would recommend this place over and over again!!!

My daughter started classes a little over a month ago. We decided to try out martial arts because we wanted to improve her confidence. She was always so vocal and confident in early childhood, but the closer she got to being a teen, I could slowly see her confidence slipping away. I had been thinking of Martial Arts for awhile, but didn’t have an option close enough. Then one day on a trip to Glenwood, we stumbled upon Sovereign! We first watched a class to see if she’d like to try it. She was hesitant at first, but after sitting through an entire class she was ready to go! So we signed her up immediately. From the time we started to today, the difference in her mood, her willingness to help out around the house, and most of all- her confidence is mind blowing. The one thing I’ve noticed the most is her ability to let little things go, especially things kids say to her at school. She now chooses to stick up for herself and/or walk away. The instructor, Mr. Tillman, does suuuuch a good job with the kids, even when the classes are huge! I am definitely impressed with our experience at Sovereign and I can’t wait to see where my daughter’s at in a year! Don’t walk, RUN to jump into one of Mr. Tillman’s classes. You will not regret it!

I love watching my child grow her confidence! Mr. Tillman is extremely patient with everyone, and makes it a fun learning environment. He stresses about respect for the training and self defense. Its not about how big and bad someone can be as he expects all of his students to be model citizens. There are so many class times and types you are sure to find something that fits your wants/ needs.
