The team at Floorcrafters really went above and beyond for us. We purchased carpeting and hardwood. We couldn't be happier with the products, installation, and customer service. When we had a small issue they helped out immediately. Highly recommended.

This is our second experience purchasing flooring from Floorcrafters. Jon has been wonderful to work with both times. For our most recent remodel, we placed our order in April, but didn’t take delivery until October. He stored our product and required no payment until we picked it up. Amazing! Floorcrafters, Jon specifically, went above and beyond for my husband and I!! We are from Indiana and Floorcrafters had our discontinued hardwood flooring from Shaw in stock! Jon organized the freight and shipping. Everything went perfectly!! After dealing with so many other flooring companies throughout the US, Jon made us realize that there are still some really decent human beings ready to help those in need!!
