This will only get you five stars, but I would give them 10 stars if I could or more.
The pricing was very fair. The carpet is great. The sales associate I believe her name is Lauren very helpful very nice very kind. She listened to what we needed and what we wanted to do. Did not try to upsell us or oversell us. Or undersell.
That comes from a sales associate that will listen to the customer and she did a great job.
And I must say that Damon The gentleman who installed the carpet, you could not ask for a nicer cleaner, more professional person.

My wife and I have bought from Floorcrafter for many years for a number of homes and commercial properties. This includes carpet, carpet tile, vinyl plank flooring and rugs. Besides quality products, the customer service we have received is what keeps us coming back.
Recently we had floorcrafters install carpet tile. The installer, Josh, went out of his way to complete the project in a timely manner and he did an excellent job.

We are extremely pleased with the quality and service at Floorcrafters. Brad, our installer, did a beautiful job and was very personable and efficient. We have called on this store several times in the past and they always have done professional work!
