The pricing was very fair. The carpet is great. The sales associate I believe her name is Lauren very helpful very nice very kind. She listened to what we needed and what we wanted to do. Did not try to upsell us or oversell us. Or undersell.
That comes from a sales associate that will listen to the customer and she did a great job.
And I must say that Damon The gentleman who installed the carpet, you could not ask for a nicer cleaner, more professional person.
He did a great job. He was very courteous very friendly. Got the job done on time actually ahead of time. We had a very tight schedule and he been over backwards to make sure he can get it done so we can move on with other things we had to do.
I can’t say enough about him. He is great.
No complaints here cells or insulation.“
