Dentist himself is excellent! Lady that answered the phone the morning of 1/2/24 was rude & extremely unpleasant. Find a new job lady you cleary haven't made anyone's visit pleasant.

Dental and staff are superb! Dr. Ronconi himself is an tremendously excellent dentist. Morning reception lady is the rudest staff I've ever dealt with. After getting a head cold and correctly assuming the staff wouldn't want me sneezing and coughing all over them, I called to reschedule my appt. Rude Receptionist said "You're just now calling us?" To which I replied, "I just came down with the cold this morning. How was I supposed to call yesterday?" Rude Receptionist then gave me the third degree about this being a failed appt, and if I had another one, they would take my entire family off of their client list unless I paid them a fee (bribe). I love the doctor but they clearly need a friendlier front desk lady. Was a few minutes late and had to hear her rudely tell me about how I was 15 minutes late. I told her I thought they had a 15 minute late policy like most places and she was like our appointments are 30 minutes long. Politely told her I was sorry as I was not aware of that either. Then I had to listen to her tell every patient and staff that walked in that I was 15 minutes late!!! Rude and no confidentiality thanks!!! Smh
