call a actual technician these guys are salesmen
Our A/C went out a few weeks ago. We called the Company we have been using for years. Our system was 22 yrs old so we asked for pricing to replace the whole system. We understand it's a busy time but they did not get back with us and when my husband called again/ they were less than helpful.
That said we called Moeller and Ben was out within a few hours to have a look and give his advise. We had estimates for all our options within hours and he was very forthright with the fact that they were busy and he would work us in asap.
He kept in touch and yesterday Our new system was installed. The crew was efficient and informative every step of the way. Extremely professional and cleaned up everything before they left.
I can't thank you enough
