Tom at Shawn's in Fairfield was so great to work with. He told us we needed to put a railing on our porch. After 25 years without one, I begged him to not insist on it, but we had to. He worked and worked with us, patiently, and in the end, we now actually like it- how ironic. Tom's kind manner and empathy was so helpful and encouraging. My husband and I highly recommend him. pati
I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and Chrissy at State Farm in Fairfield. When my son was stranded on the side of the road and needed immediate assistance, they stepped in and helped us right away. Within minutes, they had everything handled and guided us through the process with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern.
In a stressful situation, having someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile makes all the difference. Shawn and Chrissy turned what could have been a very difficult day into a manageable one, and for that I am incredibly grateful.

I have been with State Farm for over 50 years and have had a few agents and this group has been the best. They are very receptive and always very helpful and reassuring. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
