Woman To Woman Clinic

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Woman to Woman Clinic in Estherville. I called three separate times trying to make an appointment and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one ever did.
When I called a fourth time, I directly asked if I was even being accepted as a patient anymore. That’s when I was told I was no longer accepted due to having four no-shows, which is simply not true. I only had one instance where I did not call and did not show. Every other time, I called ahead to reschedule my appointments.
The lack of communication, follow-through, and inaccurate record-keeping is very frustrating—especially for a women’s health clinic where patients should feel supported and respected. Being told incorrect information after repeatedly trying to follow proper procedures is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this clinic based on poor communication and how this situation was handled.

Thought this was a safe space for women. After expressing to Paige my severe issues with a medication I was taking she ignored me completely and renewed my script which I didn’t fill. She couldn’t even look at me, she was facing her computer and typing the whole appointment. Very hurt and disgusted at a dismissive/off hand comment she made as well. Instantly lost my trust. I do not recommend.

I can't even describe the amazing experience I had. All the staff was beyond kind and helpful. They treated me with kindness and helpfulness. They made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions without judgment. Thank you all so much for the kindness and sweetness you showed me .

I have known most of the woman at this clinic for a very long time but I just started going there about a month ago. Honestly, I am not sure what took me so long! Right when I walked in the door I felt comfortable and at ease. Penny was so friendly (always), Kristie greeted me and welcomed me to the clinic and Emily took the time to make sure she understood what I needed. I spent an hour my first visit with Tracy Ross and she took the time to talk about all my concerns and it felt so good to be so open. Today was my second visit and wow, same thing i went over everything and discussed some test results and she was so thorough. Maybe it is the non-clinical atmosphere when you walk in the door so you are relaxed. They are busy and there is a reason. Tracy is new to the clinic but she obviously has great mentors at Woman to Woman. Thank you.

Been going here for about 7 years now. Love all the staff and my nurse, Payton. Such a great place!!

The atmosphere and the girls! I tend to have some anxiety and they help make that better. I don't like going to drs...who does, right. The atmosphere is calming and caring. I feel I have friends here not just a drs. office.

I have received nothing but top notch care and concern from everyone at the Woman to Woman Clinic over the years. From the minute I walk through the door to the time I leave, I am treated with respect and the loving care of each woman I greet. There is no comparison to how the ladies meet my medical needs. Saying thank you doesn’t seem like enough.

Having had the same doctor for 16 years, moving and having to find a new doctor was challenging. I chose Woman to Woman Clinic and this was by far the best decision I've made. Krystie is amazing in so many ways. She listens, takes time with you, answers all of your questions. I don't feel I'm being pushed out the door like I have in the past. The entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Krystie and the staff at Woman to Woman Clinic.
