Kline was great from start to finish. Mike came to inspect and said we needed a clean out installed. Gave me the option of digging the hole myself, which is what I did the next day to save $. The following morning Chad, Jarret, and John came to install the clean out and snake the line to the main. They explained the issue thoroughly and Chad was very knowledgable when I spoke with him. And at the end of the project, the price was very reasonable I thought.
Response was quick from Logan and he recommended a newer more efficient toilet for one that needed a new cut-off valve and float control. Mason contacted us and brought a new higher height and efficient toilet. He hit a snag with a rotted out flange. While it added a bit more charges, he replaced it and got it set and going in just a few hours. While the price and toilet are all right, it would have been nice to possible offered more choices. I might recommend that service people cover their boots when coming into a resident. Overall good service, reasonable cost and quick response. I would recommend for plumbing issues.
I cannot recommend Kline enough. Brandon took ownership of of my sewer blockage and advocated for me until it was fixed. Eric, Elijah, and Mike were also involved and all were responsive and professional. The city dropped the ball and without their help, I don't know where I would be.
