Nancy is the coolest, most professional and laid back barber I've found in the entire Tri-State area. She has a new, super cool men's barber shop on the 900 block of Main St., downtown Dubuque. Ain't nothing sexier than a beautiful and funny female barber doing tight beard trims all the while offering non threatening and hip suggestions mixed in with some bomb jokes. 5 stars!!! 💯💯💥💥🔥🔥
