They are the only retailer with a lens lab in every store, allowing them to make 90% of glasses on the same day. Vision 4 Less offers everyday 2-pair specials on single and progressive vision lenses. The polite and kind staff is helpful in assisting with frame choices and adjusting the frames. The service is so quick and the customer service is excellent, with new prescription glasses ready within hours. Customers can also get a free second pair of sunglasses. The staff is recognized for being great and helpful, making it the best experience.
VAL deserves a huge raise! From the moment I stepped foot into this eye care center I watched her genuinely talk to and care about ALL the people she worked with. Her customer service, insurance expertise, and dedication deserve a HUGE pay raise and you as a business should be very thankful to have staff like her. Thanks to Val, this is my new favorite eye place and I will be sharing with all my vision impaired fellows. Thank you Val for saving the day and making everyone who met you feel special and cared about.
Update: glasses all broke within a year. Still love Val though!
I'm usually very happy with Vision 4 Less but this time something went wrong. My every day glasses were perfectly fine but my sunglasses weren't fitting. Lisa did multiple adjustments and still they felt like someone else's glasses. Val looked at them and noticed a couple differences in size and curvature right away. She, too, tried her best. I had a young man helping me pick my frames and this was one of the frames. Though I did say they felt loose he assured me that they could be adjusted to fit. I have a high eye prescription and when, I tell y'all they made me feel confident in wearing glasses.. I really appreciate them more then they know keep doing a great job🙂
