I love this Ulta! The staff are always friendly and helpful and I can always find what I need here, and lots that I don’t need but want!?I hadn’t cut my hair in many years and decided to schedule an appointment for a signature cut since I had a diamond member beauty service credit and Noel did an AMAZING job! I always appreciate a stylist that takes the time to understand exactly how I want my hair cut and really puts their all into cutting it that way! I will only be going to Noel for any hair services from here on out!

This Ulta location is located within Kennedy Mall in Dubuque and is very well stocked with the variety beauty items you'd expect at an Ulta, and there are hair styling services in the store. The staff was very helpful to me (took me right to the area I needed and helped me find the makeup selection that would work for me).

It's a really nice place to go get make-up but beware, the checkout line usually takes a long time to get through and the prices are quite high. Their selection is you get what you pay for though if you care about really good quality, get your stuff here!
