“Sierra Milam saved my life. I called within 10 minutes prior to me getting to the salon with no appointment. I just came from getting the worst haircut ever. She fitted me in between her two appointments and my hair looks incredible. Truly the nicest and sweetest person I have met here at Dubuque.”
