This is my happy place! Soul is amazing! The classes are great and the instructors are welcoming and helpful. I love it here! I listed thorough review of my classes and a few of the instructors:

Monday: Power Yoga (The Set) I love this class because the poses challenge me. I’m learning how to do headstands, frog hops, splits and so much more. I can see my progression and it’s amazing! Laci is also such a big help with guiding and helping you.

Tuesday: yoga sculpt. This class blends strength training and yoga and it is a workout! Courtney is amazing! She has great energy and always knows how to keep you going when you don’t wanna!

Wednesday: Pilates: Ashley is the best! She is so energetic and really knows how to motivate you to surpass your limits. She explains tge moves and makes sure you understand the form and how to adjust to make your form better.

Thursday: beat strength: Logan: Logan is very good at explaining the moves and where you should feel it and how to get your form correct.

Friday: Pilates with Amanda. Idk how Amanda does it but she guides you through a great class and you feel so energized and ready for you day after!

Such a warm welcoming atmosphere! Absolutely love coming to class. I never feel dumb asking for help! Great variety of classes and times. Can work for pretty much any persons schedule!

Absolutely loving all of the classes at Soul Revolution! My daughter and I are having a blast doing these together! The owner Ashley and her team are so kind, knowledgeable and inspiring!!
