Went here to get a pedicure because it was the only place open after 5PM on a Sunday. Salon was dirty with hair and debri on the floor. The lady giving me my pedicure didn’t use gloves and went to town when trimming my nails and cuticles, cutting me a few times. The pedicure itself lasted no more than 7 minutes before she started painting my toes. All in all, it probably took 15-20 minutes. What’s the point? I could give myself this type of pedi at home. Only leaving two stars instead of 1 because the polish job looks okay.
I come here every three weeks and i have never had a bad experience. They're kind, listen to what you want done, and are honest if they cannot do it. I've never had a better experience.Service: Acrylic nails
A friend and I went in to have a little pampering. The two nail techs had an ongoing conversation with another of their friends who just took a seat in a pedi chair next to us. There was no way for my friend and I to have conversation at all. We sat and felt like we were intruding on their time. Add to that how aggressive and rushed the whole experience was and my three star is generous. My left leg is actually bruised on the side with how aggressive she was. It seemed all the motions were in hyper speed and nothing relaxing at all when it’s that uncomfortable and fast.
