I've been coming here for years to have my chinchillas looked at. Dr. Tigges noticed a suspected heart murmur on one of my boys, and she recommended us to a specialist to get a closer evaluation. She was 100% correct, and without her guidance I would've never known! I couldn't be more grateful for her, and the rest of the staff! Everyone was very kind, knowledgable and supportive! I highly recommend to anyone that, unfortunately, has to bring their exotic pet in!!
After having a not so pleasant experience at another Dubuque vet, when my dog pounced on a skunk I was wondering who else to call. I decided key west Vet clinic due to convenience of it being right across the street. The staff were extremely nice, as a new customer they gave us a complimentary tick medicine which really meant a lot being on a budget and the horrible tick season. What prompted me to write this review was I got a thank you card in the mail for choosing Key West Vet Clinic along with an adorable charm inside.
