Dr. Hellert and her staff provided exceptional support and compassion when I faced the difficult illness and loss of my beloved dog. It was a first experience for me and I will be forever grateful for her guidance.
We were in town for the holidays from Arizona and had to take our little furry family member in for Veterinarian care. From my first conversation on the phone with Victoria, I knew that gi Petmed was a good choice. She is the is the reason I chose to come here. Victoria was SO friendly and helpful, and managed to get us in that day. She offered to call our vet to get records, and fax records for us, etc. While we waited, she played with our little guy, even having him sit on her lap while she worked.
