Dawson was friendly and very informative and they got the job done right. The first time we had some plumbing work done and just recently we came back to get more work done on our home and bam we are back in business thank you Mr Rooter.
My grinder pump went out I made o e call to Mr. ROOTER the technician was at my home within the hour. He diagnosed the problem, provided me the options and had my problem installed and had me up and running in just a few hours.

We recently purchased an older home that has been left vacant for many years. We knew when we purchased this home it was going to need some love.
But when sewage water started to spread across our basement and backyard last night… we did not love that.
Mr. Rooter was the only plumber we could find open on the weekends so we called.
I was not at home at the time but my partner was and he says the tech, Luke, was incredibly knowledgeable, found the problem immediately and went to work. When he was done he showed my partner everything he did and did a great job explaining it. A+
