Low quality car wash with even lower quality business ethics. Not even worthy of 1 star.
Tried to use manual bay. Debit card reader didn’t work. Other manual bay was in use by another customer. Was forced to used the automatic bay. Chose basic car wash and paid for it.
After I drove out of the bay my car was not clean. Just the top was washed.
Took some photos and emailed them to company email address. There response was I needed to pic a higher level package to get my entire car clean.

We were! This car wash took the paint right off my car!

Dirtiest car wash in Dubuque. Trash and debris everywhere. Whomever is responsible is failing at their job and should be fired. Has been building up for months. Just paid for the high dollar wash and now I have to clean my windshield when I get home. Beware. Such a bad wash I should report them for sealing my $11.
