I’ve been coming to Key City Vision for years and have always had a 5/5 experience, but this visit was truly something special. I recently fell on hard times and had been without prescription glasses for a while. Jeff stepped in and went above and beyond to help me — not just with getting glasses, but with restoring something so essential: my ability to see clearly.
I’m incredibly grateful to God for placing someone like Jeff in my path. His kindness and generosity reminded me that there are still truly good people in this world. Today was another 5/5 experience — and then some.

I need to stop wrestling with my black Labrador retriever who squashed my frames. Never been in the shop and I likely will not go back. It's beautiful and the staff charming. I think it's reasonable to charge a fee for service but in 63 years I don't know that I've ever been asked to sign a release to adjust my frame or to pay a five dollar fee for the service. I found out about it after the work was done And it just left a sour taste in my mouth again perfectly reasonable just like to know about it before springing it on me at the end.

A huge shout out to Ashley. She does a great job in fitting and getting everything straight. I got a pair of computer glasses that I just love and being that we don’t live in town, she even mailed them to me so I could start using them right away thanks so much Such a great experience at key city vision?
