I have used J&J several times for all Maintnance needs for my spa. They all are quick to respond and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the spa and try to help over the phone before they simply send a Tech. 5-stars
It was so easy to pick out a hot tub with J&J. They are so knowledgeable and not pushy. They even come out to show you how to use all the chemicals, and care for your hot tub. 10/10 reccomend!
Had a great experience with J&J. Got a great deal and good financing and they were very patient as I asked lots of questions. We have had it over a year and are so happy with our purchase.
