We have had Birch Heating and Cooling to our home many times for service when we had problems. All their employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Work is always completed in a reasonable amount of time. This last time was no different. Our water heater sprung a big leak in the businesses' after hours. I immediately called the # for after hours and Jacob answered the phone. He was very helpful and very friendly and started up an order for someone to call us the next day.
