While calling around to see which Hearing Center in DBQ could examine hearing aides for an elderly person at the end of the day, a female member of their team was willing to come in on their day off to examine them. Ultimately I found a different provider who could look at the hearing aides the same day, but I really appreciated their kindness in calling me to offer to meet the next day.
I saw Dr. Michelle for an eye appointment a couple weeks ago. She's fantastic! Very easy to talk to, asked me questions about my eyes, listened to my questions for her - and answered them thoughtfully! And Tim is great, too! Knows his stuff on glasses and contacts, and tried his best to get me the best deal I could. I will definitely be going back the next time I need an eye exam/glasses/contacts.
