Joanna is the best. She has been cutting my hair every month since I moved to Dubuque, making sure I look sharp and professional. Now she is the designated stylist for my 2 grandsons. 4-year-old Jonah is surprisingly concerned about his appearance. Joanna has the Jonah seal of approval!
Everybody is the shop was really nice and make you feel comfortable, the lady that did my hair did an amazing job and definitely will be going back to her! And i dont trust alot of people doing my hair and especially for doing it last minute, she was very gentle and was very patient also will be going back definitely!
Interaction with guests is great. Owned by sports cuts they do an okay job but they don't go above and beyond for the cut and hair ends up missing a few spots not feeling complete. handle hair lines/seems in the end. It would prefer Sports. They aren't as experienced it seems. Dyes/items are overpriced. Was told have to schedule before hand and down payments 50 just for my hair to be dyed 150?!? Just have someone who knows how to dye hair do it for you with a kit. They didn't have anyone there who did perms and was told to come back later for another appointment.
