They have coupon specials on haircuts quite often in the local ad mailer and you can sign up for appointments online. Expect to wait up to an hour when the special is going on but the online app tracks the expected wait time so you can do other shopping instead of being there. Short staffed certain times.

Jessica from wacker plaza did so awsome. I actually started crying my hair looked so nice. My hair stylist left town 3 years ago, I haven't had such success in really being amazed in my hair cut. She just made it look so shiney, soft, and healthy. Thank you Jessica

They're always super busy here, especially on a Saturday or Sunday. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The only thing that I would say though is depending on who you get as your stylist, your haircut can be pretty inconsistent. I've had some good luck with some of the stylists, but not always. It can be a hit or miss.
