Fullness of Life Chiropractic is staffed with the most friendly and helpful professionals and Dr. Neal is helping people heal, not just to feel better! The office is very nice and has an immediate calming and relaxing effect that I enjoy. I am very happy with the progress I've achieved with Dr. Neal and am very thankful to have such wonderful people involved in my spinal health plan!! Thank you!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Neal's for nearly two years now and he and his crew have been nothing short of incredible. I have multiple sclerosis and I never know how my body is going to decide to act up, but the combination of techniques Dr. Neal utilizes has never failed to help me feel even a little bit better. Going beyond providing excellent healthcare, he is incredibly kind and personable, and he always shows interest in whatever my husband (also a patient!) and I are chattering on about on any given day.

I spent 40 years practicing chiropractic so I know chiropractic. Dr. Neal is very knowledgeable and the care is excellent. He uses a gentle specific instruments to make Corrections. He has thermal imaging equipment that measures the activity of the nervous system. Plus surface EMG and on site x-ray. Making this a one stop site for Quality Healthcare. There's a lot of good choices for chiropractors in Dubuque but I don't think you'll find one better. I'm thrilled that I'm able to get my care here. I've been helped tremendously.
