I had been going to another dry cleaner in the area for many years but recently they have been doing such a terrible job with pressing my dress slacks I decided to try Fashion Touch. Mike and the team did a fantastic job!! I will definitely use them again in the future.

A great family owned/operated small business!
I just dropped off some items to be cleaned. As I was leaving, an older gentleman pulled into the parking lot. The owner recognized the man, promptly grabbed his dry cleaning and met him at his car so the gentleman wouldn't need to get out. Love to see businesses who are happy to serve their customers and their communities like this! Highly recommend!

A+ customer service, and super friendly. They actually had my order from 2-25-2019!!!! I can’t even believe that! Most dry cleaners would get rid of em after 6 months. I obviously recommend them over anyone in Dubuque! Thanks!
