It was my first time getting contacts since finally needing multifocal lenses due to age, so my contact prescription was particularly tricky. Rob was amazing. He gave me a pair of contacts, let me try them for a week or so, then come back with feedback and we tried something else. We repeated this process five times before figuring out the right balance of near and far correction that would work for me. I don't know anywhere else that would provide that kind of service. Everyone should, but almost no one does. He was clear and honest with me as we talked about the different issues with my eyes and potential strategies we could use to meet them. I appreciate his persistence and commitment to figuring out the best solution for me.“
