I have chronic pain (CRPS) , insomnia, depression, anxiety, etc and have been seeing Joel & Sarah for a few months now. They introduced me to electro-acupuncture and the Wellness Pro Plus machine which is some of the state of the art technology that I'm so excited to have access to right here in dubuque. I've been doing about twice a week for a few weeks now. I immediately noticed extreme improvement in my insomnia. I fall asleep during the treatment and am able to sleep like a baby afterwards, which is so rare for me! I have been going to Joel at Elements for almost 20 years.
My husband who had Lewey Body dementia started to see Joel for neck issues. After being treated with physical therapy and exhausting what help that could him my husband decided to seek help with Joel.
Joel was able to give him relief so then I started to go to see Joel also.
Joel has helped me with back and neck issues for many years through his maintenance program.
I would highly recommend you give acupuncture a try.
