Toni was very polite and upfront about everything. Toni got my legion go s fixed in the same day I dropped ot off. And at a more than reasonable price point. The trust and professionalism she showed to a new customer like myself is more than refreshing. Very reasonable price point. Very polite and professional. And respects your time as well. Which is way more that could be said about the majority of businesses these days. Need it fixed? Send it to Toni
Took my laptop in because I was careless and it may have fallen and broken. Dropped it off on Saturday and it was discovered that is was not fixable and she never charged me for the work or the part. Even offered me a demo but I haven't made any decisions yet. Great customer service. Prompt and very pleasant I highly recommend!!
Amazing work, outstanding price would have happily paid more. Can not recommend enough . Was only a 1 day turnaround from sending product to be serviced to having it received back perfect condition . She had no issue working on a gaming laptop.
